Weather policy
The safety of our riders, coaches, and families is our highest priority. Due to Florida’s dynamic and often severe weather conditions, GG world academy maintains a strict Weather Safety Policy to guide decisions regarding training sessions, practices, camps, and events. Weather-related decisions are made conservatively and in the interest of participant safety.If event must be cancelled due to unexpected weather conditions, session will be rescheduled for a later date no refunds will be issued.
Cancellation policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality programming while maintaining fairness to our riders, families, coaches, and partners. The following Cancellation Policy outlines how withdrawals, missed sessions, and weather-related cancellations are handled.
- 100% refunds will only be issued if cancellation is communicated 30 days prior to an event.
- No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are provided for: Personal scheduling conflicts, Illness (unless season-ending and documented) or late arrival.
- If a rider sustains an injury or medical condition that prevents participation a prorated credit may be issued with written documentation from a medical provider, Credits are valid for future academy programs within 12 months.
- GG World LLC reserves the right to cancel a clinic/trip due to Coach/trip coordinator illness or emergency; sessions will be rescheduled for a later date no refunds will be issued.
- By registering for any program, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. Exceptions are made only at the sole discretion of academy management.
Group size policy
Rider safety, skill development, and quality instruction are our top priorities. Proper group sizing ensures that each participant receives appropriate supervision, individualized feedback, and a safe riding environment.
- Skills Clinics 20 riders per coach
- Trips: Minimum 5, Maximum 16 riders.
Safety responsibility
Participation in academy activities constitutes acknowledgment that mountain biking carries inherent and unpredictable risks. By registering, participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to comply with all academy safety policies and procedures.
Waiver requirement
All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any of our services.
For riders under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on the rider’s behalf.
The waiver acknowledges these risks and confirms that participants understand and accept them.
Participants will not be permitted to ride until a completed waiver is on file.
