Weather policy
Cancellation policy
- 100% refunds will only be issued if cancellation is communicated 30 days prior to an event.
- No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are provided for: Personal scheduling conflicts, Illness (unless season-ending and documented) or late arrival.
- If a rider sustains an injury or medical condition that prevents participation a prorated credit may be issued with written documentation from a medical provider, Credits are valid for future academy programs within 12 months.
- GG World LLC reserves the right to cancel a clinic/trip due to Coach/trip coordinator illness or emergency; sessions will be rescheduled for a later date no refunds will be issued.
- By registering for any program, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy. Exceptions are made only at the sole discretion of academy management.
Group size policy
Rider safety, skill development, and quality instruction are our top priorities. Proper group sizing ensures that each participant receives appropriate supervision, individualized feedback, and a safe riding environment.
- Skills Clinics 20 riders per coach
- Trips: Minimum 5, Maximum 16 riders.
Safety responsibility
Participation in academy activities constitutes acknowledgment that mountain biking carries inherent and unpredictable risks. By registering, participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree to comply with all academy safety policies and procedures.
Waiver requirement
All participants are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any of our services.
For riders under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver on the rider’s behalf.
The waiver acknowledges these risks and confirms that participants understand and accept them.
Participants will not be permitted to ride until a completed waiver is on file.
